Produced in February 1998. Marked faintly with Fifth Five Year Mark, B in diamond with 4 lines and retired mark.
Each piece is unique, color production runs were limited making for a vast variance in colors from day to day production and a small quantity of each mold made.

History of Boyd’s Crystal Art Glass: For 36 years (1978-2014) Boyd's Crystal Art Glass made glass figurines the old fashioned way...a man and a mold, one piece at a time. In the beginning John Dagenhart started Dagenhart Crystal Art Glass in 1947 producing many glass items with the first Salt being the Star & Dewdrop Master in 1952. After John’s death in 1964 his wife Elizabeth took over the business and ran it until her death in 1978. The business and equipment was then sold to Bernard C. Boyd and his son Bernard F. Boyd, thus starting Boyd’s Crystal Art Glass. The Boyd’s continued the tradition of quality hand pressed glass at the same location in Cambridge, Ohio until closing in 2014.

PAYMENT: Please make payment within 4 days of our notification letter. Do not bid/purchase if you do not intend to pay within this time frame unless you have contacted us for approval first. We do file non-payment notifications with eBay if we have not heard from you.
SHIPPING: We will combine shipping, please request invoice before payment. We do not profit on shipping charges, the cost shown is a combination of carrier charges including shipping, insurance, and a small cost for shipping supplies, usually between 25 cents and $2.00 depending on the amount of packing supplies used. Even with this charge it is only a small portion of what we spend to make sure your item arrives safely. We are conscientious about making sure your product arrives safely due to proper packing. Tracking number and insurance are always provided for all items shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We welcome international bidders located in the countries we have listed as accepted. An additional handling fee of $2 will be added to our standard handling fee for domestic shipments to accomodate extra packaging. Packages can become delayed in Customs which is beyond our control. Please be patient and know that we always ship items in a timely matter. Make sure you are aware of package size limitations to your country if you are bidding on a large item or on any items that are not allowable within your country. Most countries will not accept a package for shipment larger than 79" girth (width + height x 2) plus length.
ITEM CONDITION: Please read the descriptions carefully, if any questions – please ask. We try to list and photograph any flaws that we see so you are not disappointed in your purchase. Do not assume parts, accessories, boxes, paperwork, etc. are included if we have not mentioned it in the description or it is not shown in the picture. It means we do not have it, don’t assume it is included.
AUCTIONS: Please do not ask us to stop an auction to sell directly to you or to change the auction to a buy-it now. In fairness to eBay and other bidders, we will not do this.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES: Yes, we will be happy to combine your items for lower shipping costs, however auctions must have ended within 3 days of each other. If using PayPal, the combined purchases must be paid in ONE payment. Some items cannot be combined, we reserve the right to specify.
MEDIA RATES: The majority of our items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or First Class. To save you shipping costs, all CD’s, Books, VHS tapes, and other related items will be shipped by Media Rate. This means a slower delivery time, usually 7 to 12 days. Recently the post office has been very slow delivering Media rate packages even taking several weeks. If you would like to have this type of item shipped via Priority for an additional shipping cost, let us know.
ADDRESS: We do not ship to any address other than your eBay listed address without our prior consent or to an address that will not verify through USPS. Under no circumstance will we ship to an International address if your eBay address is in the US.
FEEDBACK: We automatically provide feedback to your account when payment is made, we appreciate positive feedback after you receive your purchase. If there are any issues with your shipment please contact us through eBay before posting negative or neutral feedback and we will rectify the problem. We appreciate your business.
RETURNS: We offer a 30-day return policy, buyer pays return shipping. We do our best to describe our items in detail, pointing out all flaws we find. If we make a mistake and the item is not as described in the listing causing you to be disappointed in your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving so we can work it out. If item arrives damaged by carrier please provide photos, all items we ship are insured. For returns, all items must be returned in unopened, unused, with tags attached (if applicable) condition it was shipped in. When returning, please add a tracking number, we do not process a return without the receipt of the product unless we otherwise specify.
